New Ministers Scheduling System is Live

Effective with the September 7-October 29 Ministers Schedule, we arenusing a new ministry schedule program: Ministry Schedule Pro. This program will allow for a more efficient method of scheduling ministers at our parish, as well as provide a convenient way for ministers to check their schedules, request changes if necessary, and communicate with the scheduling coordinator and other ministers. Information about accessing the system and starting to use it was emailed to present Parish ministers in early August. Initially we will not be publishing the new schedule here, but the upcoming weekend's Ministers Schedule is included in each Parish Bulletin, available under the Parish Bulletins tab above.
